Shipping & Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Return & Refund Policy
We must be notified of all returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date the order was received. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If we are not informed right away, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with the original packaging and box. Items must be packed exactly as the manufacturer shipped them. Please do not attempt to repair, glue, or modify any parts without prior authorization. We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered or returned without original packaging.
⚠️ If items are shipped first to a U.S. shipping carrier and then forwarded internationally by that carrier, we are not responsible for any damages that occur during the secondary shipment.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
